HONEY MUSTARD SHEET PAN

• G Hughes Honey Mustard
• 4 Italian sausage links (sliced)
• 2 cups chopped red onion
• 4 cups diced sweet potato
• 4 cups Brussels sprouts & cauliflower (cut into bite-sized pieces)
• Olive oil for drizzling
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Place all ingredients on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper if desired
4. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until sausage is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender
5. Remove from oven, toss with G Hughes Zero Sugar Zero Sugar Honey Mustard, and serve!
