BEEF & SWEET POTATO BOWL

  • • 3/8 cup G Hughes Zero Sugar Yum Yum Sauce

    • 1 lb lean ground beef

    • 1 medium onion, diced

    • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced

    • 1 Tbsp chili powder

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1 tsp black pepper

    • Sliced green onion (for garnish)

    • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

    • Cooking spray (optional)

  • 1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Lightly spray diced sweet potatoes with cooking spray (optional) and cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

    2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add diced onion. Cook for 5–7 minutes until translucent.

    3. Add ground beef to the skillet with the onions. Break it up with a spatula and cook for 7–10 minutes, or until browned. Season with chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

    4. In a bowl, place a portion of cooked sweet potatoes alongside the seasoned beef. Drizzle with 2 tbsp G Hughes Zero Sugar Yum Yum Sauce (per bowl) and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions.
