SKINNY BBQ BOWL

  • •3/8 cup G Hughes Zero Sugar Coleslaw dressing

    •3/8 cup G Hughes Zero Sugar Hickory BBQ

    •3 cups shredded cabbage and carrots

    •1 ½ lbs cooked pulled chicken

    •1 cup cooked sweet potato, diced

    •4-6 sliced dill pickles

    •1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1. Mix shredded cabbage and carrots with 3/8 cup G Hughes Zero Sugar Coleslaw dressing

    2. Mix pulled chicken with G Hughes Zero Sugar Hickory BBQ

    3. In mixing bowl add coleslaw, pulled chicken, sweet potato, pickles, and chopped parsley. Mix and portion into 3 Bowls. Top with extra dill pickle slices if desired.
